"I'm home!" Jade said cheerfully as she walked through the front door. Outside thunder boomed loudly, as if it were angry. She took off her trench coat and shook the remaining water off of her umbrella. "Bri? Are you here?" She called out into dark hallway. No answer. Lightning flashed and it lightened up the hallway, she called out again. This time she heard a faint whimper coming from the bedroom. She rushed over to the bedroom door and swung it open.
